Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver English courses covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing in accordance with international teaching standards, tailored to various age groups.
2. Assess students’ proficiency, develop individualized learning plans, and address weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
3. Leverage multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online learning environment that stimulates students’ interest in English.
4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust instructional strategies promptly.
