Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with occasional overtime required
