- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 6months
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer inquiries and effectively communicate solutions.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
