Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers with ordering and scheduling services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Strong Customer Service skills, Strong Work Ethic, Technical Skills, People Skills, Organizational Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide Back Office Support as needed
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, Ability to work in a team environment
