- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Assist in training new staff and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient attitude toward customers.
