We are looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of BPO experience and knowledge of FINRA Series 6 / financial services accounts. The role involves assisting customers with account inquiries, investment-related concerns, transactions, and other financial service needs while providing professional and accurate customer support.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience
- Knowledge or experience handling a FINRA Series 6 financial account
- Strong English communication skills
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle financial and account-related inquiries professionally
- FINRA Series 6 license/certification is required
