Experienced Call Center Agent responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing assistance with inquiries, account concerns, complaints, and service requests. Ensures accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
- Verify and update customer information.
- Handle inquiries and complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Document all customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls.
