Position Details:
- Location: Alabang
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Salary: Up to ₱24,000
- Education: Minimum SHS Graduate
- Experience: At least 1 year BPO experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow established processes.
- Meet company standards for quality, productivity, and performance.
Qualifications:
- SHS graduate or higher
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Willing to work onsite
