Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team with related customer service tasks to enhance sales performance.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skills and Competencies:Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
