Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information and service inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer requests effectively.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service issues
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: May require flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
