Automotive Campaign Sales

Automotive Campaign – Sales Representative - Assist customers with automotive products and services, identify sales opportunities, handle objections, provide product information, and drive successful sales conversions while meeting assigned targets.

Requirement: At least 3 years BPO Sales Experience | Blended | Full-time | Shifting Schedule, predominantly dayshift.

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions related to automotive products, services, and sales inquiries.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable vehicles, products, or services based on their needs and preferences.
• Generate and qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, promotions, financing options, and available services.
• Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the value of products or services.
• Handle customer objections and use appropriate sales techniques to close or advance sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
