- The Tele-sales Support Staff is expected to achieve 20 booked account on a monthly basis.
- Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product.
- The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
- The Tele-sales Support Staff will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve targets set by the organization.
- The representative reports directly to Top Up Team Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- at least high school graduate
- tele-sales experience is an advantage
- with good communication skills
- preferably with experience in phone-selling
- can start ASAP
