Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
