Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively via various communication channels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective communication in English, proficiency in call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to adapt to various customer situations and inquiries
