Description
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with billing and account-related questions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Billing processes
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions:Office environment with typical office hours
