Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain customer records and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Support team members by sharing insights and feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates welcome).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused attitude, patience, and adaptability.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
