Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Document and track customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and working in a team environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: May require evening or weekend shifts
