Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1-3 years
• Skills and Competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, English Proficiency, Interpersonal Skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask while managing customer needs
