Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
