Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues presented by customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:0–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent customer service skills, strong English language proficiency, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits:Organizational skills and a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
