We’re Hiring: Non-Voice Customer Service Representative

Location: BF Homes, Parañaque (Onsite)

Available Shifts: Dayshift & Graveyard

We’re looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Non-Voice CSR. If you’re comfortable handling customer concerns via chat and email (no calls), this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Good written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in BF Homes, Parañaque
• Open to either dayshift or graveyard schedule

Customer service experience is an advantage, but we’re also open to applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
