Description
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility.
