Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Provide product and service information to customers accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
