Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and patience.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years in a call center or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies:Strong verbal communication skills
- Qualities and Traits:Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a team environment
- Working Conditions:Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
