- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:minimum of 1 year bpo experience.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Empathetic and patient with a customer-focused attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
