· Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership

· Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.

· Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.

· Takes a lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and sanitized work environment and customer facing areas.

· Assists Area Manager with training of new Team Members and consistently coaches the use of operational tools and following standard operating procedures.

· Supports initiatives by communicating new information to Team Members and supports with goal achievement.

· Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.

· Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.

· Stocks requisition, ordering and receiving. Conducts inventory bi-monthly

· Other duties as described.

DAILY TASKS

· Asks as the Supervisor during the Café Managers absence

· Daily briefing, Reports to OM/ AM / Store Manager for update (Sales, Supplies and Customer concerns)

· Inter department coordination (HR, Purchasing, Repairs and Maintenance)

· Coffee and other Product preparation, Serve orders to customers when necessary

· Cashiering tasks as required in the shift

· Inventory management. Equipment checking and cleaning
