Description
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages and other menu items with excellence.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining areas.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years of experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and knowledge of coffee.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to upsell and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
