- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new recipes
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in baking or pastry production
- Skills and Competencies:Basic understanding of baking techniques and equipment
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to follow recipes and adjust as necessary
- Working Conditions:Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring standing for long periods
- Qualities and Traits:Attention to detail and strong time management skills
