Baker

Bread Ahead Philippines is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Baker to support our bakery production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their baking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Bakers in preparing and producing breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to standard recipes.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately before production.
• Assist in mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, and baking dough under the guidance of the Baker.
• Prepare baking trays, tools, and equipment before and after production.
• Help monitor product quality to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Baker or Production Supervisor.
