Job Responsibilities (Experience in Web3 is preferred)

1. Participate in the requirements analysis of software products, responsible for the design of test plans and test cases, as well as the execution of corresponding automated testing, performance testing, and other testing activities, implementing testing standards and processes;

2. Communicate and collaborate with other testers, developers, product managers, and project management personnel to successfully deliver projects;

3. Analyze business requirements and develop tools to address testing tasks that are difficult to accomplish manually, enhancing testing efficiency;

4. Improve quality processes, manage quality risks, effectively ensure the product quality of delivered projects, summarize product quality issues, and propose quality iteration and improvement plans.
