PG PAWN INC is looking for Sales & Customer Relations Specialist
Department: Business Development / Operations
Reports To: Operations & Business Development Manager / President
Employment Status: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and promote premium pawning services.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure personalized service.
- Guide clients through loan applications, documentation, and redemption.
- Monitor loan accounts, renewals, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (luxury retail/jewelry preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, discreet, and client focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
