As the company’s AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you are responsible for:
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score for all customer relayed for service through mobile phone call
- Perform other task that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior
To be a AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you must be:
- Graduate of any 4 year Course
- At least 1 year experience in after sales service/service operations with background in operation analysis
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Customer Oriented
