Job Description
Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a strong background in Australian Asset Finance and Personal Loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications from submission to settlement
- Review financial and supporting documents
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and clients
- Manage CRM records and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth and compliant loan processing
Qualifications:
- Experience with Australian lenders (Pepper, Liberty, MoneyMe, Azora, and major banks)
- Knowledge of Australian lending procedures and documentation
- Experience using CRM and loan lodgement platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional and presentable appearance
