Account Supervisor

Work location: Plaridel, Bulacam

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (compressed work week)

Work arrangement: Full onsite

Job Functions:

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
