JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Site Locator to find and identify good locations for future store branches. This is a field-based role that requires traveling to different areas to scout potential sites.
Responsibilities:
- Search for and identify potential store locations.
- Visit different areas to assess foot traffic and business opportunities.
- Gather property and landlord information.
- Coordinate with property owners regarding available spaces.
- Submit site reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or above.
- With 1–3 years of experience in site sourcing, real estate, or a related field.
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Own motorcycle is an advantage.
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel.
- Observant, resourceful, and self-motivated.
