Job Description
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Interpret blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and assist in various stages of building projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of carpentry experience
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of following instructions and working as part of a team
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
