JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Cashier, or in a similar role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and able to interact well with clients and patients.
• Experience handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned at Shinagawa Diagnostic and Preventive Care Center in BGC, Taguig.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to inquiries from walk-in clients and provide accurate information.
• Answer and manage telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
• Collect, verify, and record patient information and personal details.
• Prepare billing statements and process payments (cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque).
• Assist clients with billing concerns and payment-related inquiries.
• Accurately charge laboratory tests and medical procedures.
• Operate the POS system and ensure proper issuance of receipts; maintain copies for records.
• Count and reconcile cash at the start and end of each shift.
• Ensure accuracy by matching total payments with sales records.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
