Truck Driver

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and responsible Truck Delivery Driver to support our daily operations. The role will involve driving 4 wheels close van vans and catering trucks to transport groceries items to different locations.

Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate 4 wheels and 6 wheels trucks

• Transport groceries product safely and efficiently

• Deliver groceries and orders to different supermarket locations

• Load, unload, and properly secure goods during transportation

• Plan and manage routes to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of assigned trucks

• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns

• Coordinate closely with the commissary and management team

• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times

Working Conditions:

• On-the-road and on-site work across multiple branches and supermarket locations

• Exposure to varying weather conditions

• Flexible schedule based on operational and delivery needs

• Advance Loading

• 1 day off per week depending on operational requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Previous experience as a company, delivery, catering, or truck driver is an advantage

• Experience driving passenger/cargo vans and trucks is preferred

• Knowledge of local routes and ability to use GPS/navigation apps

• Physically fit and able to lift, load, and unload supplies and equipment

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Safety-conscious and able to properly handle company vehicles and equipment

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and delivery schedules
