Recruitment Staff

Job Summary

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating applicants to support the company’s hiring needs

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial phone or online screenings when needed
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing interview materials and evaluation forms
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process
• Communicate with applicants regarding application status and interview schedules
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of applicant records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
