Join our fast-growing startup team! We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR Staff with 1–2 years of HR experience to handle full-cycle recruitment, artist management, personnel & contract administration, payroll & attendance tracking, and daily office admin operations.
Key Duties
- Full-cycle recruitment for artists, content creators, operation & admin positions
- Onboarding, employment & artist contract management and filing
- Attendance monitoring, payroll record keeping & staff movement tracking
- Artist file management & new artist incubation follow-up
- Daily office administration & property coordination
Requirements
- 1–2 years solid HR working experience
- Fluent in English for daily work & recruitment correspondence
- Familiar with Philippine local recruitment platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (attendance & payroll data)
- Responsible, confidential, detail-minded & adaptable to fast-paced startup environment
