FinTech Support Specialist

We are looking for a FinTech Account Specialist to join our growing Financial Technology account in Alabang. The role involves assisting customers with their account and service concerns, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice or other assigned channels.
• Assist customers with account, transaction, and service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• Customer Contact Experience (CCE) is required.
• Applicants with a college degree are welcome, even if they are career shifters or have no prior BPO experience, provided they meet the other requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Must be willing to work in a brick-and-mortar setup.
