Responsibilities

• Define and document measurable learning objectives
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner profiles
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy
• Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, manuals, guides)
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
• Produce multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
• Create assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
• Maintain and update course materials for relevance and accuracy
• Implement and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Experienced with Learning Management Systems (e.g., reNew)
• Skilled in visual design and storyboarding for effective learning experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills
