- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies and plans.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and minimizing operational costs.
- Coordinate with team members to enhance productivity and quality of services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
