Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming or outgoing email, mail, and correspondence.
• Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book appointments, and record detailed meeting minutes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, update databases, and perform accurate data entry.
• Office Management: Order office supplies, track inventory levels, and help maintain office equipment.
• Financial Support: Process invoices, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and prepare or reconcile expense reports.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and transport bookings.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or relevant clerical role.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with office management software.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite phone and email etiquette.
• Organization: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks under pressure.
• Discretion: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential company or client information
