- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Expert in documentation
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Assist Recruitment Officer in processing of documents of applicants or for deployment
- Assist selected applicant to take medical examination, collect and advise securing the documents needed to the Fit for Employment Workers
