Office Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Assist clients with inquiries
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
• Maintain and update office files and databases
• Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed
• Support different departments with administrative tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as office staff or in a similar administrative role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
