Job Description
- Conduct user research to collect and analyze user needs and feedback
- Design and implement surveys, interviews, and usability tests
- Collaborate with the product team to provide in-depth user experience insights
- Prepare user research reports and recommend product improvements
- Participate in various user experience workshops to facilitate cross-department collaboration
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in psychology, sociology, or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of work experience
- Skills & Abilities: Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in user research methodologies
- Responsibilities: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
