Senior Web3 Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web3 Product Designer to help shape the future of decentralized applications and digital ownership. In this role, you will lead the design of user-centric experiences across our blockchain ecosystem, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to create intuitive products that bridge the gap between complex blockchain technology and mainstream adoption.

You will play a critical role in defining product strategy, user experience, visual language, and design systems while contributing to a rapidly growing organization building innovative Web3 solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and user experience strategy.
• Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and market research to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Transform business requirements into clear product experiences and design solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to product prioritization and feature planning discussions.

User Experience Design

• Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create elegant experiences for wallets, decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, staking platforms, NFT marketplaces, DAO governance tools, and blockchain-powered real estate platforms.
• Simplify complex blockchain interactions such as wallet connections, transaction approvals, gas fees, token swaps, staking, and smart contract interactions.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the customer journey.

Visual & Interaction Design

• Produce high-quality UI designs that align with company branding and product objectives.
• Define and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Establish design standards that scale across multiple products and teams.
• Create polished visual experiences that balance usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Develop animations and micro-interactions that improve user engagement and feedback.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and design critiques.
• Provide detailed design specifications and assets for development teams.
• Review implemented features to maintain design quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture.

Data & Optimization

• Use product analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Measure success through engagement, retention, conversion, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Continuously iterate and improve product experiences based on insights and testing.
• Support experimentation initiatives through A/B testing and usability validation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end product design execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and modern design tools.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience creating scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on user needs and business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience designing Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT, DAO, or fintech products.
• Familiarity with Ethereum ecosystems and EVM-compatible networks.
• Understanding of smart contracts, token standards, decentralized identity, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience designing wallet experiences and transaction flows.
• Knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS.
• Experience with trading platforms, DEXs, real estate technology platforms, or financial applications.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Background in motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.
• Experience conducting advanced user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Passion for emerging technologies, blockchain innovation, and decentralized systems.
