Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate should have previous customer service or BPO experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments

Accurately document customer interactions and appointment information

Forward complex concerns or escalated calls to Tier 2 Support

Provide clear and accurate information to customers

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction

Follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, or BPO experience is preferred

Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Excellent listening and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Good organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable handling customer calls and appointment scheduling

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality

Must be comfortable working in a remote environment

Work-From-Home Requirements

Candidates must already have their own complete and reliable work-from-home setup, including:

Desktop computer or laptop suitable for work

Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection

Noise-canceling headset with a working microphone

Working webcam

Quiet and professional workspace with minimal background noise

Backup internet connection is highly preferred

Backup power source is highly preferred
