As an E-commerce Specialist, you are responsible for managing and optimizing online sales activities through various marketplace platforms and the company's website. Your duties include product management, digital marketing strategies, sales data analysis, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing online store accounts on various marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Uploading, updating, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and prices.
- Creating and executing promotional strategies and online sales campaigns.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on online sales performance.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to increase traffic and sales conversions.
- Managing orders, ensuring a smooth process for ordering, payment, and delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
